Ahead of TechArena, PropTech Sweden and Fabege invite you to a curated pre-event and side-event experience in Stockholm on February 10.
The day is built around site visits, practical insights and focused discussions — followed by an exclusive evening networking event at the Viking Museum ahead of TechArena.
During the day, we’ll open the doors to environments you rarely get access to. You’ll experience how circularity, technology and the future workplace are being applied in practice — not in slides.
In the morning, we visit Fabege’s Circular Office, where reuse, tech and new ways of working come together in real projects. You’ll hear directly from Fabege and selected PropTech companies, sharing honest learnings on what works — and what doesn’t.
In the afternoon, we head to SEB Headquarters, Fabege’s largest tenant, to explore one of Sweden’s most tech-intensive office environments. Here, the focus is on the tenant perspective: workplace strategy, data, security and how large organisations view the market ahead.
We round off the day with the TechArena Warm-Up | VIP Networking — hosted at the Viking Museum. A unique setting where Nordic heritage meets future technology, bringing together real estate leaders, tech companies, partners and investors for relaxed, high-quality conversations before TechArena begins.
