Meet the Buyers – New York Edition

To create an effective arena where local scaleups gain direct access to decision-makers from the construction and real estate sector – both from the host country and from Sweden. The focus is on concrete meetings that lead to partnerships, pilot projects, and knowledge exchange.

  1. Kick-off (20 min)
    • Short introduction: What is the purpose of Meet the Buyers?
    • Best of Practice: 1 local property owner + 1 Swedish property owner share how they built their tech stack and organization (max 10 min each).
  2. Meet the Buyers Sessions (90 min)
    • 3–6 property owners (mix of local & Swedish) meet scaleups in roundtable meetings.
    • Each meeting 10–15 min.
    • Scaleups rotate to meet several decision-makers.
  3. Networking for Property Owners (parallel)
    • Scaleups are always in meetings.
    • Property owners not in a session can meet and discuss challenges and opportunities.
    • Focus on experience sharing, benchmarking, and concrete discussions about needs, processes, and innovation.
  4. Wrap-up (10 min)
    • Joint reflections and highlights.
    • Next steps and opportunities to schedule follow-up meetings.

Value for participants:

  • Scaleups: Direct access to relevant buyers, investors, and decision-makers; concrete business opportunities; international exposure.
  • Property owners: Early access to innovation, benchmarking with international peers, and practical discussions on upcoming challenges.
  • Investors: A curated view of the most promising scaleups, insight into market needs, and the chance to connect with both innovators and end-customers.
  • Ecosystem: A platform for knowledge transfer, international collaboration, and building tangible partnerships.

We look forward to welcoming you to an inspiring event.
